The Heart of Change Field Guide Tools And Tactics for Leading Change in Your Organization Dan S Cohen John P Kotter Books Reviews
- If you purchase this book (The Heart Of Change Field Guide) for college your in for a RUDE SURPRISE!! Digital Services LLC DOES NOT INCLUDE PAGE NUMBERS IN THEIR DIGITAL VERSION, THEY ONLY SHOW LOCATION. This, of course, makes citing the book impossible. I wished that I had read the reviews that date back to 2011referencing Digital Services LLC only using percentage and location in their digital books. This is the only digital book that I have downloaded that does not include the page numbers. All of the other digital books that I have downloaded include percentage read, location, and page number. I understand that page numbers are different in ebook, versus paperback and hardcover depending on font size. However, the other digital books that I have downloaded, the page numbers do coincide with the paperback and hardcover versions. My recommendation is for to include in the purchasing information if the digital book includes page numbers.
- I bought this book for my son, as a companion for another book. He used them in a class he was taking. I think they were great because he received a "A" in the class.
- Great book, used as a textbook in masters program
- very useful book
- Needed this for my MBA.... Worth keeping as a reference guide
- I purchased it for a team member. They loved it and shared it with their team.
- I didn't know what to expect when reading this book. It turned out to be very clear and easy to read. If change isn't your ideal state, this book is still a good read. It's a good comparative model for changes you will undergo or have been through.
- This book can be used by beginners and experienced change managers alike. It is a great complement to Kotter's first book on leading change. It is precise, easy to read and very clear. I got a lot out of it. It also contains useful tools that change managers can use in their work.
