"I absolutely LOVED Val and Carter. Each was each others match. The chemistry was instant but so was the hesitation. Val did not want to be hurt and Carter and his nieces to worry about along with his heart. The way you went through their story you grew more attached. Watching them open up to each other was well written. There is A LOT of sex between them. The only downside was there was no real proposal just a we should do this. Early in the book a point was made from Milo that he had to approve if Carter wanted to marry Val. It would have been cute to incorporate something like that and as protective as the brothers are they should have been asked in some way. Otherwise this was my favorite so far of the Connor clan."

- I have loved every book I've read by Layla Hagen and Only With You is no exception. This story centers around Val and Carter. Carter moves his office near Val’s office and they meet at Walter’s coffee shop. The attraction is instantaneous, but Val doesn’t trust easily, since she just got through dating a cheater. Carter has custody of his two nieces and it helps Val and him bond, since she had to help with her siblings along with her twin, Landon. If you enjoy reading about books that have a strong family element, then you will love the Connor Family series. No spoilers, so grab your copy and see what happens on Val and Carter’s journey to their happily ever after.
- Oh My! Layla Hagen has done it again! She has wrote another book that made me swoon and fall in love with the Characters and the Connor Family. I think Val and Carters story is my favorite story in the Connor series so far.
I honestly have loved ever book I have read of Layla Hagen. I read all the Bennet series books and now all of the Connor series that has been written so far. The stories of love and family just melt my heart.
Once I started reading Only With You I couldn’t put the book down. I don’t want to write anything in this review that would spoil this book for you. I just highly recommend that you get this book and read this book about a close family and love. - The premise of the book was good, I liked that this wasn't an instant relationship type of book. I enjoyed the build-up, and the drama was pretty good. I wanted more scenes with the four of them, in family binding situations (watching tv, eating dinner, etc.). I know that these are two people who are very busy, but considering the trajectory of their relationship; I thought more family time, less nanny-like behavior should have taken place. I felt a little cheated with the love revelation and complete lack of a proposal, it went from will they break up kid of drama to, oh well; you know we're getting married. The steamy scenes were good, but there were a few more than were needed.
- So I've read numerous Layla Hagen books. This book was just too different for me. Different verbiage, cadence, writing style and very little romantic emotion. It's a romance that's more like a planned military March. This is a dual POV but even in the female side the words are about what she is doing to him and not about how she is feeling. The story is very oriented towards a man's perspective and sexual turn ons. Pinch ass? Bite nipples? Every time they do the dirty? Uh no thanks Mr. Hagen.

- ANOTHER GREAT HIT! Val and Carter...Whoa baby! This one is sizzzzzzzlkng HAWT! Val wants her fragrance company off the ground...but hits a snag...a big one...Carter Sloan is a lawyer who is raising his two nieces April and Peyton..who well are girls and try his patience. But things heat up for Val and Carter and a change for Val puts Carter in a position to help her but will it be a good move or a bad one??? READ this series...OMG sooooo HAWT!!!

Carter is a famous lawyer. He took over care of his two nieces when their parents passed away. He recently moved his office. This is where he meets Valentina. Valentina is a self-made women. She stated her own cosmetic business from the ground up after helping her brother raise their siblings when they lost their parents. Neither of these two think they have time for love, but they know they have a connection. I loved this book. Layla Hagen has a way of writing a HEA that makes the reader just fall in love with story. This book is worth reading, you won’t be disappointed. - I have been waiting so long for Val's story and Layla did not disappoint!!! Val and Carter are everything! This is your next MUST READ! Full of laughs, sweet moments, sexiness, and all the swoons! Val is big on family and I adore hers! Do not miss out on this one.
