- I am addicted to the biscuits at Big Bottom Market and I'm thrilled to now have all of these unique recipes to make at home. The Sea Biscuit is a perennial favorite, and I can't wait to make the Claw & Slaw! I love that Michael included so many variations of not only biscuit recipes but also recipes for spreads and other great go-withs like the Market Pulled Pork (doesn't even require that you serve it with biscuits!). I never buy cookbooks without a ton of photos because I really want to see what the end-product will look like. This book is filled with gorgeously styled photographs of the majority of the recipes featured in the book. You will not be disappointed by this book! I absolutely love it and had to wrestle it out of the hands of my co-workers who were so mesmerized by it when it arrived!
